Magnificent beast

Good day out with the local Yes team today and even better that it didn't rain. Today we had teams out in 5 areas across our wee patch, which was great to see. There is a real sense of optimism and determination amongst the team.

Got back home and decided to take the easy route to today's blip and seek out some insects. Today I had pictures of a wasp, bee, spider, common fly and Syrphid fly. In the end, as is so often the case I have gone for the Syrphid fly.

This one is about as big as we get them.
