Springfield Summer Special

Excellent morning with the good people of All Saints Springfield, who, for the last few days have been running Family Summer Specials. Today I told stories, chatted to parents and helpers and thoroughly enjoyed the warmth, welcome and enthusiasm of local leaders. They have been pleasantly surprised by the range of interest, particularly with under 5s and families. This church have a long history of contextual ministry, a joy to behold. They run parallel Sunday services, something I haven't seen too often, which works really well. They are fully committed in their vision which it exciting.

I couldn't get a picture of any activities, so many children and no permissions, so here's a view of one church window before families arrived.
