Frontal Attack

This nearby and fast moving storm front obscured the mountains in about five minutes. About two minutes after this image was shot, blustery winds rustled trees and delivered rain.

Such an unusual weather phenomenon interrupted my Depth-of-Field studies and caused me to select this photo for today's posting. Well, tomorrow is another day...

Not a lot of detail in the cloud but it impressed me by its fast arrival.
