Have I ever told you that I hate spiders?

This morning, I was walking out to the garage to continue packing, and this enormous wolf spider was "hanging" out on the wall. He was about 4 inches long from leg to leg. Yeeeeuck!

Yes, I know that they hunt and kill other bugs, but I still hate spiders! And I have a good reason to. Many years ago I was bitten by a black widow spider - one of the few poisonous spiders in the US. It was very unpleasant, to say the least.
