Camellia 'Silver Anniversary'

Rain last night and light showers this morning left my camellia edged with droplets.

'Silver Anniversary' is noted for it's large, semi-double white flowers, golden stamens and dark green glossy leaves, flowering late winter through early spring, it stands outside my kitchen window.

Today was going to be a gardening day but the drizzle has kept me inside editing photos from our trip into Skippers Canyon, our holiday in Central Otago. There's some good ones but mostly just snaps, still good memories all the same.

My eyes are now quite sore and prickly, time for some more drops and a wee rest from the computer, wish I could just keep on going.......
