Scotland national cycle routes

V is training for a couple of big cycle events in the next 2 months. A 43 mile Glasgow to Edinburgh charity run, then the 62 mile women only Cycletta Scotland.

Today was a bank holiday in England, but not in Scotland. The kids were at school, while we were off (as we work for English based companies).

The 2 of us headed out for a 28 mile adventure around some of Glasgow's Cycle routes. Despite managing to get slightly lost a couple of times, we did find a nice canal side bar for some lunch and a beer (Lock 27).
