Before the fair.

The weekend here sees a canal-side carnival tonight, the main carnival tomorrow night, and on Sunday we're heading off to possibly the world's smallest comic convention, which promises as much sci-fi/comic geekery as you can fit into a tiny Wiltshire market town.

Today's photo is taken at one of the two fairs currently being set up. I used my zoom on its widest setting and loved the way the lines go every which way, and the reflections of the trees on the sign.
