Stubble

Thursday. Gymnastics camp for Miss E and the last day where it was just Miss L and I at home before she goes to school next week.
I wish I could say we went to the zoo, or went on a nature walk, or read loads, or played dominoes and the snakes and ladders, or did colouring or anything more meaningful than vegging out watching Netflix, making even more mess around the house and cooking chicken curry and pork casserole.
It was only as we set off to pick up Miss E that I realised that it had been my last day with her. I should have made more of it!
Miss E enjoyed gymnastics I think.
Miss L enjoyed her swimming lesson which we rushed to and made by the skin of out teeth.
I enjoyed the pork casserole for dinner.
