What's in a name?

I am not sure I will ever understand the name of this restaurant. Don't get me wrong. I love pancakes, but to an American at least, the "potty" part doesn't sound very pleasant. Hmmm...now that I think about it, maybe we should have pancakes for breakfast tomorrow.
