Enjoying the sunshine

A perfect start to the day; cup of tea, porridge and bacon sarnies in the morning sunshine after a good nights sleep. We spent the day at Newby Hall where the children got wet, messed about in boats, climbed, swung, chiselled stone and ate ice cream, whilst the adults chatted, read, drank tea and enjoyed the sunshine.

Our visit ended with at wander round the beautiful gardens before returning to camp for bubbly, beer, BBQ and a bonfire.
