Steam train fun

I have just spent a wonderful day with my fantastic little boy and Uncle Matt.

We went up to Llangollen to have a trip on a steam train. It was great, Herbie was a little unsure at first but was fascinated watching the world go by, walking up and down and looking out of the window with Uncle Matt.

We got off at a little station while the train went onto its final stop. We watched the steam bellowing out of the train as it pulled away, but it's load noise gave Herbie a jump.

On the return we jumped in the old first class carriage which had big comfy arm chair style seats, drank tea and sat back and relaxed! It was so cool.

Such a great day spent with you Herbie. You are such a delight and make me laugh so much. I just love to watch you experience new things, laugh, cry and take in the world around you. X
