Waiting Rooms!

Had a lot of time in these today! Charlotte had the eye clinic today and they are never running on time! It wasn't good news though. There has been no change in her lazy eye so it looks likely that the patching is failing! We have to keep on trying for another 6-8 weeks but the optometrist isn't optimistic. It means Charlotte will need to wear glasses all the time for life, but there are worse things in life.

We have just put Charlotte to bed and my husbands favourite meal is currently cooking. He's brought my favourite wine and we have plans to enjoy a date night. For various reasons we haven't had one for a while and I'm really looking forward to it!
