Scotch Bonnets

I have not yet been brave enough to cook with scotch bonnets 'cos they're f*king hot, but I am something of a devotee of the Thai finger chilli so it may only be a matter of time.

I saw these down the market and I liked all the colours, I'm attracted by bright and cheerful at the moment.
