Worth the wait

Worked really late today - finished up about 6pm and when I turned out of the car park I was confronted with a massive full rainbow arching over Dunnikier Park in Kirkcaldy. People in the park had stopped and were staring up at it, as if it were the UFO in Close Encounters or something. Definitely worth working late for the sight if this rainbow - it really was extraordinary good. I stopped the car to take some photos but I only had my phone so I couldn't get the whole thing in. I tried a panorama but it distorted the curve. Had to drive up the road a bit to turn the car and when there I saw that the bottom of the rainbow was peeking brightly through the trees so I took some more photos and it's one of those that I've decided to put on for today's blip.
