Deadline chasing ...

Lots of deadlines to meet today, so it was quite late on before I found time to nip out for a quick coffee with my dear friend who is over from Canada to visit her elderly mother. Then a diversion to collect my daughter from the station. Her working day had been manic too.

The light was fading before I realised I was short of a blip. Good intentions this morning were thwarted, when I saw a very young fox frolicking in the field next door, but by the time I grabbed a camera, he'd gone. After a bit of an iffy day weather-wise, the sky was beautiful at twilight, but it was fading fast in this shot through our silver birch tree. Another head-down day tomorrow ...
