Boarded Up

Not your typical barber's chair, this sits outside one of Stockbridge's many hairdressers. But only during opening hours or it'd be spirited away pretty darned quick!

It's been a funny kind of day of bits and bobs. Detoured past the local card/gift-shops this morning on the way to work but they were all shut. A traffic warden was there, writing a ticket for the co-op delivery lorry that was parked upside the co-op, delivering. What was that all about? Wandered back to the shops at lunchtime and a different traffic warden was writing a ticket for a removal van that was parked just along from the co-op, removing. It was using 4 bays instead if the 3 allocated and the driver was rather loudly explaining that he wasn't able to shrink the van! A waste of breath. Maybe there's a sweep going for most stupid parking ticket of the day?

Back to work to find that my project is getting delayed because of the referendum. It's not alone, I'm not getting picked on, but it's a bit frustrating. On the plus side, I can stop worrying about it now for a few weeks!
