The best part of any donation is the veggie-friendly prawn cocktail crisps. Tonight was my seventh pint and one of the easiest, painless donations to date.

This time next week, we will hopefully be in Iceland! I can't believe it's just one small week away! I've been on constant volcano-watch over the last week, and it's definitely more than a little worrying at the moment. Hopefully it will soon decide to go back to sleep........
