Belmont Pier In The Morning
We are still on Zihuatanejo time which means that every morning we are up in time to see the sunrise. It is very different than what we are used to in Mexico and I think it has to do with the smog in the air. When the sun rises, the smog disperses the light creating a golden glow which infuses the beach with light like we rarely see in Zihua. It might have to do with the fact that I am looking at this from the 14th floor or might be that I am looking over a long distance - the pier is at least two kilometers away - but I think all that bad for you smog creates this beautiful to look at light. A pretty spectacular way to start each day here in Southern California.
