A Vase Full of Sunshine

Huge panic this morning as Lucy woke up seven minutes after she was due to be at work! I made her some breakfast while she got ready and we managed to be out of the house 14 minutes later (I drove so she could eat her breakfast on the way), getting to work only 26 minutes late. Phew!!

I got back and treated myself to an hour reading my Kindle and enjoying a coffee before starting the laundry and boring household chores.

I was lucky enough to have lots and lots of flowers for my birthday last week, I love the way these sunflowers brighten up the room whatever the weather.
