Gloucester Docks

We awoke to a lovely sunny morning, such a difference from the wet, dreary weather of yesterday.
We checked out of our room and headed to Bicester Village ~ a designer outlet village. A good wander around but no purchases. Then off to Cheltenham to stay with Lucy and Alex. A sit down, catch up and cup of tea before going off to Gloucester Docks. Another wander around their outlet ~ and a top was purchased!!! And a walk around the redeveloped docks (the clouds had rolled in by now!!!) before visiting the very popular Indian/Chinese buffet restaurant on the waterfront. Where we also witnessed a live ice bucket challenge as we ate! Rather stuffed we had a walk around the grounds of the cathedral where there were a few sculptures on display, ready for an exhibition starting on Sunday.
