I didn't walk along this path today, although I sometimes do from the other direction.

The gas man's here to service the boiler and gas fire. He used to work for the letting agents we used and says he's been here before years ago to do a Gas Safety Certificate inspection. But the letting agents ended up owing him money and he left them some while ago. I just hope the boiler's ok...
