Deluge...........

...of the literal and metaphorical kind . It has poured rain and poured and then poured some more this week.
The drains stopped up in the backyard which quickly became a swimming pool. Another stress on what was shaping up to be a monumentally stressful week in any case.
Why is it that life tends to throw stresses at us in bunches of about 6 rather than one at a time?
In any case, tonight I took the time to go on a shoot. I sought serenity. I think it is doubly important to take this time when I least feel like I should. I have so many other things waiting for me to do.

They will wait, they will get done.

I need to refocus, I need to find some inner peace.
