Two Humpbacks

Snorkeling with humpback whales for the first time, one can be quite afraid of being in the water with such enormous beasts. However, once you see how graceful they move and how mindful they are of you in the water, the experience changes to one that is simply filled with excitement and awe. Having watched these two whales hanging out at the bottom for 10 minutes, they very slowly came up for air. First the two whales were ascending parallel to each other, and then they crossed just before reaching the surface. This was when I captured this image.
