Planning ahead

This weekend I will be alone, as the better half flits off home for a visit. I'll just trundle along here on my own, sleeping and working. So in preparation I spent today batch cooking chilli for the freezer.
It will be a little frozen carton of deliciousness to provide me with comfort on a lonely weekend...
