Catch as Catch Can

After a quick gym trip I went to town to catch up with #3 daughter and the children before they left for holiday. We had a great afternoon in the Baltic at the Daniel Buren sunlight and shadow exhibition. Ella has been fascinated by her shadow for a while so she loved skipping and jumping in the pretty colours. Also good was riding in the glass lift, and making her own piece of art with cellophane paper to add to the children's exhibition. We then skipped over the Millennium Bridge to go for some tapas for tea. She had chicken and chorizo paella. We shared a few dishes, and she tasted ours too. Nathaniel is only 7 months so he was happy with his broccoli and some frittata. After that was done he ate the menu. We then ran back over the bridge to try to catch pigeons before driving home. A good time had by all. I'm ready for feet up and a glass of wine now.
