If You Say Run, I'll Run With You

Today I out did myself.

I cycled to work; a new route. I wanted to see the sea..... I cycled North Shore and South Shore, and then met up with my Bike Path half way along. That added 2 miles to my typical 4.4 mile journey.

Then, on the way home, I thought, I'll just take a wee detour home.... another mile and a half on top of the 4.4.

But I wasn't finished then; I got the lawn mower out, mowed the front and the back garden, then weeded the front, dead headed the flowers and then collapsed in a heap on my bed.

I met this baby Giraffe this morning on my way in.
