Water Wednesday

Another miserable day with some intermittent sunshine. I didn´t feel like doing any water drop blips today but rather something in the fresh air. Thought perhaps I could throw some stones in the lake and capture the water splashes. There was a distinct lack of stones and the ducks were looking miserable, so I threw one of their feathers in the water. I had to race along the stepping stones in the lake to capture it as the breeze was pretty stiff, rippling the water and pushing the feather across at a pretty steady pace. It paid off, though, as the reflections in the ripples made a lovely pattern.
