Measuring the mast

Today we went to the seaside. We chose the beach on the Paulilles Nobel Dynamite factory site. The old buildings and little museum are interesting, the gardens pretty and the whole site is on the edge of a lovely beach. One of the old buildings has been given over to boatbuiling and the restoration to the traditional Catalan fishing vessels. I went swimming with the fishes. There are many varieties among the rocks as the coastline is a marine conservation park. We then had a lunch out and a short cliff top walk before returning for a dinner with friends. A good day.
