The OK Corral

This was our home for the evening. It was very basic not even a ground sheet so I made Joe put the tent up inside. The campsite was lovely and we were down in a little secluded area but the portable loos were disgusting which meant a massive hike up a hill when I needed the 'restroom'. Not only that but there was a river running next to our tent which made me think I needed a wee all night. The evening entertainment was interesting to say the least though as the campsite was linked to the rodeo and that was a very American experience including our very first group rendition of the Star Spangled Banner! The Rodeo is not something I would do again as it was a bit barbaric but it was another American thing to tick off our list.
