Lemony Loveliness

Pete bought me a belated birthday present of an ice-cream maker recently and I'm loving making as many different flavours as I dare, problem being I'm running out of containers to put it in so that in turn means we have to eat it! Not usually a problem but we're both trying to lose weight so full fat ice-cream doesn't help ;-/


My favourite at the moment is a simple lemon one (actually not that simple to make but it tastes so pure!) and seeing this rose in the garden today reminded me of how fresh and lovely it is :-)
Now I'm going to be thinking of it all evening as I've done my blip so early...damn!!!
