Desperate times

So day 2 of reslipped disc and I decided I wouldn't be beaten so popped to see friends as arranged in Birmingham..... BAD IDEA! I basically crawled around the bullring, and as a 26 year old woman that is not ok! So tried one of these heat patches, it works for about 10 minutes, not the 10 hours promised! The tablets I had from last time are making no dent in the pain at all, so I think I will have to go back to the doctors and see what else they can proscribe.
