Peppers

One of the men I work with grew these peppers in his garden and he brought some in for us. I think they are so beautiful.

The short green ones are jalapeño and the long red ones are cayenne. He didn't know what the longer green ones were, but he thought they were milder.

They all smell quite potent. I am afraid to bite into them.... The milder peppers that we grew when I was a child were thicker and yellow.

Anyway, I am freezing them to use this winter in chili. yum!
