Larks & Lamb Chops

We've had a fantastic weekend so far (& there's still one more day to go!) with Spikey staying with us for much monkeying around.

It's roast lamb chops, covered in stuffing, with roasties & greens for dinner tonight. An old & delicious favourite.

In the lead up to this glorious feast, we watched two thirds of the Lord of the Rings film trilogy. I think you would agree that we accomplished great things on this bank holiday.
