My first attempt at pop pop cakes

Presentation needs work.

I need to make a smoother icing, as that was a big mess (still tasted ok though!) Perhaps more water with it next time. Thinking rose water would be worth a try.
The chocolate ones were brilliant, they worked out really well but I need to learn to work quicker or the chocolate will set and I have to lick it off the plate..... I mean I end up wasting chocolate.
