Here we have an ear of wheat, still standing well and looking as good as it gets.

The ground is lying very wet after yesterday's rain so unless you have a tracked combine it would be best to give the harvest a miss and with the forecast looking better for the next few days and I would expect to see this ear gone by the weekend.
