Hello World

This is our son Richard at Birmingham airport this morning. He is off to Beijing to join his Fiancee Jenny who went there 3 weeks ago. They are planning to work there for the next 2 years or so. He is a civil engineer but in the absence of any suitable engineering jobs in China he has qualified as an English teacher and has got a job teaching English in Beijing. Jenny is also a teacher.

He is going there with his eyes open as he is well travelled having spent some time travelling in India and Asia.
