Chris and Callum

Found out this time last year that I was pregnant. The morning of our housewarming party. That's when it all started. Keeping secrets is hard.


Busy busy day today on very little sleep.

Ended up having to practically run down to the health centre for the drop in clinic because I was running so late - mistimed naps, feeds and hanging up of washing.
Got Dex weighed - Almost following his new (25th centile) weight curve. Instructed to continue to keep an eye on it but not to stress. More of the staff nurse's focus was on the fact that Dexter keeps waking up in the middle of the night and staying awake for hours.
Coffee with the postnatal class lassies and babies after where I was pretty zoned out but Dexter was on his best behaviour and giving smiles and giggles to anyone he saw.
Up to the Pleasance dome to meet Dad after that and went to Elephants and Bagels for lunch. Haven't been in there since I was a student - hasn't changed a bit.
Hung out at the Pleasance courtyard for a bit and then down to The City Art Centre to Meet Jude, Chris and Callum, who I hadn't seen since Callum was a newborn. Turns out Callum's going to be a big brother. Very exciting!
Picked Sam up from the hanging bat on the way home and just about stayed awake enough to have dinner.
