Meet Pierre

I first discovered Pierre Hermes last Christmas in Nice. I have got to say these are the best macarons I have tasted. The flavour combinations can sound a little bizarre but they work.

These are not the cheapest macarons you can buy but I do like to treat myself to a box most times I come to Nice. Between the two of us a box only usually lasts a couple of days.

We walked into the shopping area of Nice because we needed to get some things for the flat but also decided that we would eat in tonight and watch a film. Been another warm day so definitely can't complain.
