There Are Dolphins Out There

.......I wasnt expecting to see dolphins out in the ocean today......the waves were really big and blustery ...but there they were frolicking and having fun.

There really is nothing like just standing there watching the waves roll in crashing on the rocks and spraying up.....I think its just as good for you as licking dew off of flowers.

I fell asleep in my chair again today...I am wondering if this afternoon nap is a thing for grannies or is it normal ........it was rather delicious curled up with Rumi ....it was hard to wake up.
