From mono yesterday to ................

................ a burst of colour today.

More fire ....

Firstly a massive thank you for all your complimentary comments, stars and hearts on my recycle bicycle in the MonoMonday challenge - made all the messing about in the early hours more than worth it!

Bank Holiday Monday here yesterday and it rained and rained and rained and ........ just typical!!

This poor rose, that grows just outside my sitting room window, was blown and battered all day and night so I picked it this morning and blipped it for posterity - not a perfect specimen (but then very few of us are) but looking a little like fire in the grey of the day.

A ''mini-mission'' tomorrow so it will be a late blip as I have to set off very early.
