Doctor Rauli Mäkelä

I've had lots of intestinal problems for many years. In the beginning I had to run at many different doctors before I got help. It was Dr. Rauli Mäkelä who finally could help me. He is a very special doctor, he also knows of natural ways such as the diet, natural products, vitamins and antioxidants.

So today I had an appointment with Dr. Mäkelä. And it was a great appointment, because he probably identified my problems which I've had now for a longer time. I'm very happy! So there will be a change in my diet to The Paleo Diet. It will be very interesting to see where this will take me. I'm hoping for the best! Thank You Dr. Mäkelä!
