Fireworks

I don't the reason why but every now and then there is a brief fireworks display out the back of the shopping mall, Ocean Terminal near where I live. It has been rumored to be due to cruise ships docking or parties held in the mall itself.
Either way you get no warning and it's over almost as soon as it starts, hence a shaky handheld shot from the living room window.
If anyone knows for definite why they happen and how to find out in advance there's an opportunity for great pictures.
