Steak and Arugula Salad

Kate moved back to college today, and she would have been my Blip today had I not been so overwhelmed trying to squeeze her vast amount of belongings into her tiny part of a minute apartment, that I forgot to take a photo!

Instead, here's a photo of dinner, and yes, we are back on the veg and protein hardly any carb diet, so it's filet mignon left over from a couple of days ago, with arugula salad and tomatoes I got from a friend. delicious!
