Off work and took the opportunity for a final bit of gadding about town. Great lunch at the Kalpna, art and a cafe stop at Summerhall, cheap Simon Munnery show late arvo at The Stand.

Took mesen off to the Playhouse in the evening for a bit of dance at the International Festival, the rather marvellous Sweet Mambo by Pina Bausch. Great stuff, really enjoyed it. Slightly bonkers in places, but always engrossing and often astonishing. Favourite piece was probably 'the bit with the table', anyone who saw it will know exactly which bit I mean.
