Paulie my quaker parrot plucking himself?

Not happy with the fact that Paulie or plucks himself or that Blue is plucking him.. seems that it get worse. Will keep a good eye on him and when it goes on this way I will make an appointment with my avian vet. I am quite sure that he is troubling with his hormones, but you never know.....
