Over the years I have accumulated a stash of left over bits of fleece. I spotted instructions online for a pleated mat and decided to have a go . Result - a cosy bedside mat, a considerably reduced stash and a nice sense of achievement.

3yo was here this afternoon and was delighted when he discovered it. "That mat's just the right size for my baby!" (due January!)
