Memories of a fledgling....

Makes me sad to back blip this little fellow. We found him on the patio yesterday and tried to leave him be in the hope his parents would land and feed him but they just seemed to swoop and never land. We didn't know what to do so in the end we left him in a box he'd jumped into outside but he didn't make it through the night. Maybe it was the lack of food, or maybe the cold. Nature is cruel.
