Lauren, our VP Communities, nominated me to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge last week, and today I braved the super cold water in aid of raising awareness and donations for Motor Neurone Disease.

Great fun, great causes (I donated to Macmillan and Wateraid too!) and got to nominate the Principal aswell! Fingers crossed he'll do it!!
