After work cocktails with some of the North Quality and Tourism Advisors. Mine was an Jamiesons Apple crush at Bar One on Academy Street Inverness. Very nice, so nice I had 2 lol. It had apple juice and an apple sours type spirit with crushed ice and sliced apples with cinnamon on top. Saw a guy behind the bar that I went to school with, turns out he's the owner (Scott Murray) for those Forres folk. He also owns another bar in Inverness called the White House. Both rather stylish places. Now on the bus home stopped at the airport cause we are early! Just want to get home and have some food.
