After Shev gleefully nominated me for the ice bucket challenge yesterday I thought the best thing to do was to get it over with first thing this morning.

So 7am on a Monday morning found me sitting in the garden in my pjs having this bucket of icy cold water slowly poured over me by OH followed by a further self inflicted soaking with a basin full too.

Brrrrrrrrrr...............

Thank goodness for hot showers and towels!

Still, a donation to the MS Society, a charity very close to my own heart due to Mum's recent passing, was a very positive outcome.
